General Terms

Drum Routines provides educational content, digital products, coaching, events, and related resources for drummers.

These terms apply to all general Drum Routines offers unless separate written terms are provided for a specific product, service, coaching program, or event.

Drum Routines may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.

Purchases and Payments

Prices are shown at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when making a purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and conditions.

If you experience a payment or billing issue, please contact Drum Routines so that the issue can be investigated.

Any taxes, fees, or charges shown at checkout are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

If a payment fails, access to the purchased product or service may be delayed or paused until the payment issue is resolved.

Digital Products and Access

Digital products may include online courses, downloadable resources, videos, audio files, written materials, community access, or other digital content.

After purchase, access details will be provided through the platform, email, or another stated delivery method.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account access with others.

Access terms may vary by product. If a product has a specific access period, it will be stated at checkout or in the product description.

Immediate Access to Digital Content

Some digital products may be made available immediately after purchase.

Where required by applicable law, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that beginning delivery may affect or end your statutory right of withdrawal.

Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.

Lifetime Access

Where a product is specifically sold with Lifetime Access, this means access to that purchased product for as long as Drum Routines continues to make that product available and has the technical ability to provide access to it.

Lifetime Access refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Drum Routines may update, reorganize or migrate its courses and delivery platforms over time. Where reasonably possible, customers with Lifetime Access will continue to receive access to the content they purchased or a substantially equivalent version of that content.

Lifetime Access does not include future products, coaching programs, additional services or new content unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

Live Coaching and Events

A Live Coaching Program is a scheduled coaching, workshop or educational program delivered on specific dates or during a specified period.

Live Coaching Programs are separate from self-paced evergreen online courses and may include live sessions, recordings, digital materials, private coaching areas and between-session support.

The schedule, access period, included services, attendance requirements and any product-specific conditions will be stated in the relevant offer or checkout.

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and ensuring that you have the required equipment, internet connection and environment needed to participate.

If recordings are provided, their availability and access period will be stated with the specific offer.

Drum Routines may make reasonable changes to scheduling or delivery when necessary. Participants will be informed of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Where mandatory consumer law provides different cancellation or withdrawal rights for scheduled services, those rights will apply.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, the total purchase price, number of installments and payment schedule will be stated at checkout.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, a payment plan is not a subscription. It is an installment arrangement for the full purchase price.

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the terms presented at checkout.

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, Drum Routines may pause access until the outstanding payment is resolved.

Choosing not to use or complete a purchased product or program does not automatically cancel remaining installment payments, subject to the applicable refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds — Online Courses

This policy applies to self-paced evergreen online courses and other digital course products.

Drum Routines offers a 7-day refund period for online course purchases.

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 7-day refund period has ended, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This refund policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights.

Refunds — Live Coaching Programs

This policy applies to scheduled live coaching programs, workshops and similar programs delivered on specific dates or during a specified period.

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, provided that the program has not yet started.

After the 7-day refund period has ended, or once the program has started, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

No refunds, partial refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions, non-participation or unused access.

If a payment plan is offered, it is an installment arrangement for the full program price, not a cancellable monthly subscription. Once the applicable refund period has ended, remaining installments remain due even if you choose not to participate in or complete the program.

If the entire program is cancelled by the organizer and cannot be delivered, payments made for the cancelled program will be refunded.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Intellectual Property and Personal Use

All Drum Routines content, materials, videos, audio files, downloads, written resources, exercises, course content, coaching materials, branding, and website content are owned by Rauhala Arts Ltd or used with permission.

Your purchase gives you personal access to the content. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

You may use Drum Routines materials for your own personal learning and practice.

You may not copy, share, sell, publish, distribute, upload, teach from, reproduce, or create derivative products from Drum Routines materials without written permission.

You may not share your login details or give others access to paid content through your account.

Participant Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Drum Routines content, coaching, exercises, and practice materials.

You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, routine, lesson, coaching session, or practice method is suitable for your skill level, health, equipment, and circumstances.

Stop if you feel pain, discomfort, or strain while practicing. Seek appropriate professional advice if needed.

Results vary by person. Drum Routines does not guarantee specific musical, technical, professional, financial, or personal results.

Changes and Availability

Drum Routines may make reasonable updates to its products, content, services, coaching formats and delivery platforms over time.

These changes may include updating, reorganizing or improving content, changing the platform used to deliver a product, or replacing outdated material.

Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to paid content for the access period promised at the time of purchase.

Where a product was sold with Lifetime Access, the Lifetime Access terms stated above will apply.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, platform changes or circumstances outside Drum Routines' reasonable control.

Drum Routines may suspend or terminate access where a customer materially violates these Terms & Conditions, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of paid content.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

If there is a conflict between these terms and mandatory consumer protection laws, the mandatory legal rights will apply.
